Dietitian

Conduct diet assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients with varied dietary needs. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal nutrition and hydration while providing education and support to patients and families on healthy eating habits. Maintain accurate records of patient diets and treatment plans and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role supports the dedicated Hispanic Program, Mi Hogar, at Spring Creek Healthcare Center.
