Job Summary
Oversee all meals prepared for clients on campus and ensure nutrition services meet established standards and regulations. Conduct nutrition assessments of clients and monitor intake. Participate in the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan. Collaborate routinely with a multidisciplinary group to support a HAES-informed approach to recovery from eating disorders. Lead nutrition programming across programs based on core foundations of health and self-trust, moving clients through stages of recovery. Supports a hybrid schedule with four on-site days and one virtual day. Requires a Registered Dietitian credential and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field; CPR/BLS certification before starting. Strong computer skills and excellent communication are essential. Preference for Master’s degree and psychiatric healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Nutrition or related human services field
- Registered Dietitian credential
- CPR/BLS before starting work
- At least one year of healthcare experience (internship acceptable) or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
