Job Summary
Provide virtual lifestyle counseling visits to improve nutrition and dietary quality within clinical trial settings; complete virtual visits for subjects and collaborate with the Clinical Project Manager and site personnel to ensure timely submission of source documents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on nutrition and food health updates, obtain and maintain RD/RDN certification and state licensure, and participate in on-the-job training and GCP training. Standard rate offered is $46/hour with commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay; position located in Providence, RI with Per Diem (PRN) remote work possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program
- Graduate degree from an accredited dietetics program (If CDR examination was before January 1, 2024)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Certification by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current State Dietitian License/Certification in good standing (if applicable)
- Performs virtual lifestyle counseling visits to improve nutrition and dietary quality, mental health and developing coping skills (as part of RD practice)
- GCP training on certification path
- Works with Clinical Project Manager and site personnel to complete visits and submit source documents
