Job Summary
Dietitian (PRN) plans, directs, and coordinates inpatient nutritional services, supports Food Services and Nursing with patient nutrition education, and contributes to policies for food safety and sanitation. Requires licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians, registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross. Strong knowledge of nutrition/dietetics, education methods, and ability to communicate effectively; must be detail-oriented with solid time management and prioritization skills. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Dietitian with the State Board of Examiners of Dietitians
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
