Consultant dietitian needed to perform clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team, complete MDS - Section K, calculate TF, and make recommendations for wounds and weight changes for residents in a long-term care setting in Homestead, FL (18-24 hours/week).
