Job Summary
Complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and calculate Total Fluid requirements. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes, including completing the MDS - Section K. This role serves our long-term care community in Greensboro, NC for 16-32 hours/week with a flexible schedule. The employer has provided registered dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
