Complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team. Calculate total fluid requirements and make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes. Submit MDS Section K documentation as part of your duties. This role supports our Long Term Care facility in Lexington Park, MD, offering 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule. We provide excellent compensation and drive time reimbursement.
