Job Summary
Complete clinical nutrition assessments and document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team and complete the MDS - Section K. Calculate TF and make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes. Requires CDR credentialing and dietetic licensure. Schedule is 24-32 hours/week with flexible hours. Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
