Job Summary
Conduct clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system, and complete the MDS - Section K. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes, including calculating Total Fluid. This role supports our long-term care community in Kensington, MD with 32 hours/week of flexible scheduling. We have provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed by the CDR
