Job Summary
Oversee meals prepared for clients on campus and ensure proper documentation while insuring all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations. Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, monitor nutrition intake, and participate in the treatment team's development of the Master Treatment Plan. This Registered Dietitian role supports adolescents with eating disorders through HAES-informed care, focusing on behavior rather than weight, within a residential treatment program in Sandy Springs, GA. Full-time on-site hours include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, at minimum, in Nutrition or related human services field
- At least one year working (or internship) in healthcare; psychiatric setting preferred
- Hold appropriate Registered Dietitian credential
- Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
