Job Summary
Assess clinical nutrition needs for residents and patients, then develop and document care plans within the electronic medical record. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, patients, families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine care plans that improve overall health and well-being while ensuring adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations. Maintain positive communication with building occupants, administration, and leadership to perform daily tasks. Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Monday - Friday with Flexible schedules
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Valid Driver's License (if multi-site registered dietitian)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
