Dietitian (Full Time)

Communicate with and counsel patients per physician orders and diet instruction while evaluating referral orders to determine adequacy of nutrition intake methods. Implement nutritional care plans, adapt menus, and assist patients with special dietary needs, documenting pertinent information in the patient's medical record according to established standards. Collaborate with physicians and other involved disciplines in patient care. This role supports Encompass Health's mission to enhance the well-being of patients across its nationwide post-acute care network.
