Job Summary
Registered Dietitian (PRN) at Monte Nido on the East Coast, in a Virtual role overseeing meals for clients on campus, conducting nutrition assessments, and ensuring nutrition services meet established standards. Collaborates with the treatment team to contribute to the Master Treatment Plan and supports HAES-informed care for adults and adolescents with eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction). Requires a Master's degree in Nutrition, RD credential, CPR/BLS, and strong computer and communication skills. Location is New York City, NY with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nutrition or a related human services field
- At least one year of work (or internship) in healthcare; a psychiatric setting preferred
- Hold an appropriate Registered Dietitian credential
- Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work
- Strong computer skills
- Passion for excellence in helping clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
