Job Summary
Registered Dietitian at DaVita in an outpatient dialysis setting. Analyze lab results and educate patients and their families on dietary plans to improve health. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families; work in a collaborative team with performance-based rewards; flexibility to work across facilities and travel as needed; develop and implement renal-diet care plans and participate in quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
- State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days
- CARD competency assessment with a score of at least 80% after training for Renal Dietitians
