Job Summary
Registered Dietitian role at DaVita in Cordele, GA. In outpatient setting, you will analyze lab results and educate patients and families on appropriate nutrition to support kidney care, lead patient-centered care within a collaborative team, and contribute to quality-improvement initiatives. Requires state licensure if available, a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, flexibility for multi-facility scheduling and travel, completion of CARD with 80%+ after training, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and DaVita applications.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
- After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; DaVita applications within 60 days
