Job Summary
RD Associate is a registered dietitian with less than one year of clinical experience; per CMS, a dietitian in this role cannot perform assessments, POCs, FHM, or Home modality support. A single, qualified renal RD with more than one year of experience must “job-share” and provide oversight until the RD Associate has met the 1-year clinical experience requirement. Partner closely with your Division Lead RD for support. Required Qualifications
- Valid RD license
- RD Associate with less than one year of clinical experience
- Cannot perform assessments, care plans (POCs), family health management (FHM), or Home modality support
- Must have a renal RD with >1 year of experience to job-share and provide oversight until the RD Associate meets 1 year of clinical experience
