Document all interventions in resident files, update clinical protocols, and conduct admission screenings for nutritional risks. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, dietary technicians, and leisure services to prevent complications such as dehydration, malnutrition, and pressure injuries. Provide therapeutic diet education to residents and families, while ensuring accurate statistical reporting of services. Work within a full-time, week-only schedule at a Montreal facility offering pension and free parking.
