Job Summary
Assist in nutrition care in a skilled nursing setting under supervision of a Registered Dietitian. Support nutrition care plans and resident assessments, conduct nutrition screenings, participate in care plan meetings, perform meal rounds, ensure compliance with therapeutic diets, physician orders, CMS and facility policies, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with dietary staff to support quality food service and resident satisfaction. Requires an Associate degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field and current DTR credential (CDR) or eligibility; long-term care/healthcare experience and EMR familiarity preferred.
