Job Summary
Organize patient and resident menus to ensure order accuracy and timeliness of meal service. Perform data entry for reports, memos, and forms while maintaining logs and files. Produce meal tickets, nourishment labels, and production tallies. Serve as a receptionist responding to interdepartmental telephone inquiries and manage office equipment and supply inventory. Fill in as a Food Service Worker for setup, food preparation assistance, serving, delivery, and area maintenance. Work alongside a multi-disciplined team at Sheppard Pratt, a healthcare community dedicated to providing hope and healing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 6 months of clerical or related work experience
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to deal effectively and courteously with a wide variety of internal staff and external contacts
