Job Summary
Servers are responsible for taking resident food and beverage orders, serving meals, and handling set-up and cleaning of the dining room before and after meals to deliver an exceptional resident dining experience. The role emphasizes a positive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff, and includes ServSafe training offered by the organization. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
- No prior server experience necessary
