Job Summary
Develop and participate in planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to educate the Food Services Department. Coordinate food services and activities with Nursing, Environmental, Activity, and Social Services departments. Process diet changes and new diets as received from nursing services. Submit written and oral reports or recommendations to the Dietitian and/or Administrator regarding Food Services Department operations. Requires knowledge of special diets and the ability to make independent decisions. Full-time position with 6 months in a dietary position required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months in a dietary position
- 1-3 months related experience or training
- Requires knowledge of special diets

- Be able to interpret and implement written or oral policies, procedures, and instructions
