Job Summary
Dietary Server at Pacific Pointe Senior Apartments in Chula Vista, CA. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, orderly dining room and service area; preparing dining and service areas before meals; serving residents and guests; bussing tables; cleaning and resetting the dining room after meals; storing and labeling food for infection control; recording meal counts; cleaning equipment and work areas; and performing other duties as assigned by Culinary Director/Chef/Lead Cook or Executive Director. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior food server experience preferred; Food Handlers or Serv Safe certification is a plus.
