Job Summary

Responsibilities include cultivating a positive dining-room culture, evaluating service quality, improving meal delivery efficiency, circulating to understand resident preferences, maintaining a clean dining environment, ensuring safety, supporting teamwork, and assisting with resident satisfaction during meals. Requires comfort working with an elderly population; High School level education is expected with preferred food-service experience; strong organizational, interpersonal, and independent-working skills are essential.
