Job Summary
Dietary Production Supervisor to oversee healthcare food service operations at Bibb Medical Center. Responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to meet dietary specifications and safety regulations, training and managing kitchen staff, preparing meats, entrees, and desserts as needed, monitoring inventory and controlling food costs, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, and upholding health and safety standards to deliver high-quality, safe meals for patients and residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven supervisory experience in a food production or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines for healthcare environments
- Ability to read and interpret dietary orders and recipes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred: ServSafe Manager Certification, leadership training or staff development experience
