Job Summary
Develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily and maintain the department in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner. Coordinate activities as directed by the Administrator to uphold compliance and operational efficiency. Requires a high school diploma, accredited dietetic training, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a medical facility. Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training, approved by the American Dietetic Association
- 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility
