Dietary Manager (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Oversee daily food service operations, including meal preparation, service, and cleanup while supervising, scheduling, hiring, and training dietary staff. Ensure meals meet residents' prescribed therapeutic diets and physician orders, partnering with the consulting Registered Dietitian on menu planning. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards to stay survey-ready under state, CMS, and health department regulations. Manage food and supply inventory, ordering, and food-cost budget while monitoring resident meal satisfaction and addressing concerns. Requires Certified Dietary Manager credential, prior healthcare food service management experience, and ServSafe certification.
