Job Summary
Lead the dietary services department as Interim Dietary Manager, overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring meals follow physician orders and dietary requirements, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing food quality and sanitation, and collaborating with nursing and dietitians to support resident nutrition. Responsibilities include menu implementation, inventory management, audits and quality initiatives, and staff training and support. Requires experience in dietary services/healthcare food operations, leadership skills, and knowledge of food safety and regulations; preferred CDM credential and budgeting experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary services, food service management, or healthcare food operations
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations
