Job Summary
Assume overall responsibility for all operations of the Dietary Department, including planning menus and food service programs with residents and team members. Monitor stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering as needed. Track resident condition changes, accidents, and incidents, reporting them promptly while adhering to dietary procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing home operations. Maintain a close eye for detail and follow related regulations to ensure resident safety and compliance. This role requires a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with one year of long-term care and supervisory experience. The position offers a competitive salary of $23 to $25 per hour, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and CEU reimbursement, and is located in Hutchinson, KS.
Required Qualifications
- Must know dietary procedures, related laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operation
- One year of experience in long term care
- One year of supervisory experience
