Job Summary

Lead the dining department at a long-term care facility as a Dietary Manager, ensuring food safety, quality standards, and compliance with regulations. Support a team to enhance dining experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
  • Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within the first 14 days
  • Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) certification within the first 60 days
  • Must obtain Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certification within the first 60 days
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Basic computer skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in quantity food production/service
  • Personnel supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • Residency within the service area required
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
