Job Summary
Direct, supervise and oversee all meal service and nutritional support for residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations as well as corporate policies. Develop and maintain a quality assurance program to meet therapeutic nutritional requirements, while managing sanitation, safety and cost controls. Lead and collaborate with the dietary team to deliver flavorful meals, snacks and supplements, and support workforce development through leadership and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accreditation as a CDM or enrolled in approved CDM course and eligible to write CDM exam upon completion
- Sanitation certification
- Valid WI Driver's License
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- English literate with strong written and verbal communication skills
