Dietary Manager

Manage and oversee the dietary department, including planning, organizing, and directing food service operations. Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and nutrition programs to meet the needs of residents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and wait staff. Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food, supplies, and equipment. Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident care. Full-time days in Joplin, MO with 401(k), PTO, and medical benefits.
