Dietary Manager

Oversee daily dietary operations, meal service, and kitchen workflow while ensuring safe food handling, sanitation, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Coordinate menus and diet orders with nursing and clinical teams, then train, coach, and supervise dietary staff to maintain inventory, ordering, and accurate dietary documentation. Support a positive dining experience for all residents by promoting teamwork, accountability, and high standards of resident care. Prior experience in skilled nursing or healthcare dietary operations is required, with a CDM credential preferred.
