Job Summary
Direct and supervise the Dietary Department in a healthcare facility; partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Department and its programs; ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are maintained and documented in accordance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines; maintain a clean, sanitary operation and ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
- Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
- Must have, as a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility.
