Job Summary
Prepare meals according to established menus, standardized recipes, and therapeutic diet requirements while ensuring safety and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Assist in meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal delivery to patients, residents, staff, and the community. Maintain professionalism and work under minimal supervision as a contributing member of the Dietary team. Night shift schedule runs from 10:30am to 7:00pm. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a current State Food & Beverage Service Worker's Permit.
