Job Summary
Seeking a Dietary Director to lead food preparation and ensure meal safety and satisfaction for residents. The role involves supervising dietary staff, managing inventory and compliance, and coordinating special meals and nutritional services.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an approved dietary manager's course
- Holding all required certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility dietary department
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with PCC software
- Strong math skills for managing portions, costs, and budgets
