Dietary Dining Room / Tray Service Staff (Cleaning & Sanitation)

Job Summary
Set up and break down the dining room for resident meal service while delivering and collecting meal trays. Clean and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and dining surfaces per facility protocol, coordinating with kitchen and dietary aide staff to keep service flowing smoothly. Provide tray and dining room service support with attentiveness and care for veteran residents, including those in memory care. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push carts, and work indoors or outdoors as needed. Candidates must complete criminal background checks, BEAS registry screening, and OIG exclusion list reviews prior to start.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to clean and sanitize floors, tables, chairs, and other surfaces
- Flexibility to work indoors and/or outdoors depending on event needs
- Criminal background check (National Criminal Records Check or NH Release of Criminal Record Authorization)
- BEAS State Registry check
- OIG Exclusion List screening
- Annual Conviction Disclosure Attestation
- Fitness-for-duty attestation
- Physical/drug testing where applicable
- Review and attestation of NHVH policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Prior food service or hospitality experience
- Comfort working directly with elderly and veteran residents, including individuals in memory care
