Job Summary
Prepare and serve meals according to the menu while monitoring food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Safely and efficiently provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance their overall health, ensuring quality food service and nutrition care aligns with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Full-time afternoon availability required; high school diploma needed with prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
