Dietary Cook - Part-Time Cook

Dietary Cook is responsible for preparing and providing meals to residents in a cost-efficient manner while complying with safety, sanitation, and dietary requirements. Duties include preparing and serving meals, ensuring food safety and quality, maintaining sanitation and portion control, determining supplies for daily menus, coordinating production with meal serving hours, assisting with cleaning, and participating in departmental studies or meetings. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, knowledge of health rules/regulations, and completion of Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. Must be at least 18 years old. Located in Lakeland, FL at 1350 Sleepy Hill Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810. This is a part-time position with team-oriented responsibilities and opportunities for involvement in the community and facility programs.
