Job Summary
Prepare food items for residents in a busy, high-production open kitchen, following menus, production sheets, and verbal requests from care staff; ensure proper portions and sanitary standards while accommodating modified texture/therapeutic diets, allergens, and reduced sodium/sugar; maintain stock levels for satellite kitchens and work well with staff, residents, and families. Requires a high school diploma or GED and typically 3 years of cook experience; Oregon Food Handlers card; full-time with weekend/holiday shifts in Lake Oswego, OR.
