Job Summary
Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations, under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent is required.
- Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
- Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.
