Job Summary
Dietary Cook at Laughlin Healthcare Center prepares and serves meals for residents, ensures food procedures follow established policies, assists in establishing the food service production line, performs administrative duties and submits forms/reports to the Dietary Manager, assists with daily cleaning and maintains stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, performs additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager/VP of Nutritional Services, and maintains confidentiality of protected health information.
