Job Summary
Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and food safety/sanitation regulations under supervision, contributing to a positive, family-like atmosphere and supporting residents through meal service. Must maintain knowledge of fundaments of food safety, sanitation, and state food handler training requirements; full-time shift from 12:00pm to 7:30pm in a skilled nursing dietary setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation
- Must meet and remain current with state-specific requirements for food handler training
