Job Summary
Prepare and serve food in accordance with federal, state, local, and center standards as directed by the Dietary Services Manager. Ensure quality dining service is always provided while maintaining trust, engagement, competence, respect, and passion. Maintain a Food Handler's Card and Serve Safe Training. Prioritize previous cooking experience, fast-paced environment adaptability, and post-acute care background. Full-time staff earn up to $19 an hour with health, dental, vision, and 401(K) benefits. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Food Handler's Card, Serve Safe Training or other as required by state or local health departments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cooking and/or culinary experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
