Job Summary
Full-Time Dietary Cook responsible for preparing daily meals in a long-term care kitchen, ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines, reading/writing/communicating in English, lifting up to 50 pounds, working in hot to cold kitchen environments, and availability on weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of full-service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred and Graduate of a certified culinary program or college preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language.
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers.
- Able to work some weekends and holidays.
