Job Summary
Dietary Cook for a part-time day-shift role at Eastbrook Healthcare Center. Responsible for preparing meals according to planned menus, dietary requirements, and nutritional guidelines; portioning and serving with proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards; maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies; following health and safety regulations and sanitation practices; responding to resident feedback to adjust meals as needed.
