Dietary Cook - Days & Nights – Rotating Schedule

Prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with food safety regulations and physician dietary recommendations. Maintain high standards of food preparation, sanitation, storage, and portion control while determining daily menu needs and coordinating production with meal serving hours. Assist in scheduled cleaning duties following established sanitary standards and participate in departmental studies, projects, and meetings as assigned. This role requires a Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening and at least one year of related experience. The position is full-time with a rotating schedule, offering daily pay, health insurance, and a supportive team environment within a 74-bed Skilled Nursing facility in Bradenton, Florida.
