Dietary Cook

Prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with food safety regulations and physician or nutritionist dietary recommendations. Maintain high standards of food preparation, sanitation, storage, and portion control while determining food and supplies needed for daily menus. Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring quality, temperature, and appearance are preserved. Assist in scheduled cleaning duties following established sanitary standards and participate in departmental studies, projects, and facility meetings as assigned. Perform other essential functions as required to safely meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
