Job Summary
Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, community procedures, and food safety and sanitation regulations under the supervision of the Food Service Director. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures. This role supports the dietary team in a skilled nursing setting recognized as one of America's Most Admired Workplaces. Full-time and part-time shifts are available during days and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation
- Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training
