Job Summary
Dietary Aide supports the food service team in a 120-resident skilled nursing and personal care facility. Responsibilities include assisting with preparation, cooking, and baking per special diet orders; setting up tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, bussing tables, cleaning/sanitizing, and washing dishes; maintaining sanitary work areas and following all Federal, State, ServSafe, and other food-service regulations with required documentation; assisting in orientation and training of new staff; reviewing menus and preparing advance items; transporting hot and cold foods to/from the kitchen. Role is full-time (32-40 hours) with rotating weekends. Shift is 11:30am–8:30pm; pay up to $17.95/hour.
