Job Summary
Dietary Attendant at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH, part-time evening shift. Handles a broad range of duties including production, service, cashiering and cleaning/sanitizing; follows state/local/Center regulations from delivery to service; delivers meals to floors and prepares late trays; records temperatures and sanitizer concentrations; performs cashiering in the Café and restocks; completes patient rounds using AIDET protocols; maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment; collaborates with team, demonstrates strong customer service, and communicates effectively while managing multiple priorities; physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- On the job training.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; ability to problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; ability to make independent decisions.
- Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
